Adult Dance
Ages 18+
It is never too late to discover (or rediscover) a passion for dance! Offered one night a week, our adult classes will provide a safe space for participants to explore movement in a judgment-free zone while getting an AMAZING workout! These classes are a great way to build confidence, community, and charisma!
FIRST CLASS IS FREE–NO COMMITMENT NECESSARY
